I've spent years on both sides — grinding on the court chasing perfect technique, and thousands of hours on the mat learning how the body actually moves.
The breakthrough came when I realized most pickleball players don't have a technique problem. They have a movement problem. Tight hips that won't let them lunge. Ankles that can't absorb quick direction changes. A core that can't stabilize the motion their brain already knows.
So I built a system that fixes the root cause. Not random stretching. Not generic yoga. A structured, daily routine designed specifically for the movements pickleball demands.
